Ahh, to be young and in Sprung. Or maybe an old love’s flame holds steady in the cold and windy night? It’s that feeling you get when the nearness of a certain someone sets your soul ablaze. That same feeling you get when a melody from a song sends your emotions on a fritz and you’re left by your lonesome to think about the one you really want - the one who broke your heart.
Bindlestiff Studio humbly welcomes back its most celebrated original short play series about love, heartache and the weirdness in between; The Love Edition: Sprung Edition.

We are Bindlestiff Studio, the only permanent performing arts theater in the nation dedicated to showcasing emerging Filipino-American and Pilipino artists. Originally opened in 1989, our mission is to cultivate artists who reflect and celebrate the diverse values, traditions and histories of Pilipino and Filipino-American cultures through bold artistic expression and community engagement. Today, we continue to provide the underserved Filipino-American community access to diverse offerings in theatrical productions, music/ film festivals, workshops in directing, production, acting, stand-up comedy, and writing, as well as a children and youth theater program.
