ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Lauren Andrei Garcia (@lasandrei)
is a bay area actor and multi-hyphenated artist. She is a part of Granny Cart Gangstas. Her recent work on stage includes Man of God, Getting There, Feel The Spirit, Good. Better. Best. CLASS DESCRIPTION
Come sharpen your skills for Stories High 2023! Open to actors of all levels. We will apply multiple techniques to develop your monologues, cold reading, and scene work through various approaches specifically to prepare to audition for Stories High and beyond. We will also review headshots and resumes, auditions and what to expect. The class will end with an audition for the Stories High production.

COVID-19 Protocols

This is an in-person workshop. To ensure the safety of everyone in the workshop we ask participants will be required to provide proof of vaccination on the first day. If you feel sick (coughing, sore throat, fever, vomiting) please stay home.

INCOME BASED TUITION:

To make our workshops equitable and accessible we have a sliding scale income-based tuition fee. You will be able to choose your level at checkout.

$10 - recommended for participants with annual income of $25,000 or less

$40 - recommended for participants with annual income of $25,000-45,000

$90 - recommended for participants with annual income of $45,000-70,000

$180 - recommended for participants with annual income of $70,000-$100,000

$300 - recommended for participants with annual income of $100,000 or more

$400 - for participants who would like to support another person to attend this class
