Liyang is a local-to-global advocacy network that amplifies the calls to action of environmental and human rights defenders in Mindanao, Philippines on the frontlines of struggle for land, livelihood, and self-determination.

We started in the Philippines at the request of our primary community partner, Sabokahan -- Unity of Lumad Women, who wanted a network to bring together their allies from the Philippines and beyond to help promote their calls to action.

1. Toxic Culture - Toxic Culture from the Bay Area are a melodic punk band influenced by the East Bay punk scene of the 90's to early 2000's and 80's Southern California punk and hardcore. Their lyrics are in English with some in Tagalog.
