Course description:
What is my job as the actor? How do I figure out what my character wants? How do I create this character? How do I project my voice? What goes on my acting resume? Come join the Stories High Acting Workshop, facilitated by Jed Parsario in this online acting course. Find out how to answer these questions and more. This is a great place for those just starting out, and an awesome way to keep those acting muscles toned for those with experience! Let's continue to create art in the time of corona.
About the facilitator:
Jed's a company member of Red Ladder Theatre Company and Playground SF. Jed is a proud resident artist of BindleStiff Studio, where he made his theatre debut back in 2011. From educational tours to world premieres, Jed has worked with the likes of San Jose Stage, Livermore Shakespeare Festival, Theatre Works, Shotgun Players, Magic Theatre, and A.C.T. He has trained with master clown Ron Campbell, The Actors Space with Patrick Russell, and the internationally renowned Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, MA.
