ABOUT THE COURSE:
This supportive class will help you understand joke structure and how to apply it when writing your own unique material. We will talk about developing premises and punch lines by breaking down bits from professional comedians as examples. We will discuss what it means to find your voice and how to avoid  “hack” mistakes. Each one of us will build a brand new 5 minute set to be taken to the stage - once we get out of this mess!

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:  
Kevin Camia has been a part of Bindlestiff Studio since 1997 as a member of Tongue In A Mood. He has two comedy albums available on all streaming platforms and has toured the country with Ali Wong. He was most recently seen on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and currently lives in Los Angeles.
